AWARD WINNING BUTCHERY
Opening in 2010, our Butchery has gone from strength to strength,
offering prime cuts of locally-sourced Scottish meat, along with homemade sausages and pies, all crafted under the watchful eye of our Master
Butcher. Our unwavering commitment to quality and taste has earned
us numerous accolades, including 22 separate awards from the Q-Guild
National Smith昀椀eld Awards, the most prestigious butchery competition
in the UK. Recent awards include Gold for Bruar’s Traditional Pork and
Honey Roast Pork Sausages, along with our tender Tomahawk Steaks.
RISING TO THE OCCASION
As part of our 30th year celebrations, we’re proud to introduce our new
artisan bakery. Taking up residence in our Food Hall, the bakery brings
the heart-warming 昀氀avours of small-batch baking to life, with an array of
tempting treats including sourdough loaves, baguettes, foccacia, bagels and
pretzels, made fresh each day. You’ll also discover croissants and pastries
from Dundee’s Newport Bakery, run by award-winning Chef Jamie Scott,
and cupcakes and traybakes from Edinburgh’s Mimi’s Bakehouse.
THE SPIRIT OF SCOTLAND
As you might expect from a location with its own specialist Whisky Shop,
our Drinks Cabinet is over昀氀owing with exceptional spirits, liqueurs and
beers.You will also 昀椀nd a fabulous collection of local and Scottish gins,
carefully chosen wines, and even our very own Champagne.
FROM SURF & TURF
Scotland’s pristine lochs, mighty rivers and dramatic coast provides a
bountiful harvest that 昀椀lls our chilled cabinets with the 昀椀nest smoked
